The hotel has top-notch facilities and a great atmosphere, and the staff, particularly Richard at the front desk, goes above and beyond for guests. However, some aspects could be improved, particularly around dining reservations during busy occasions, which can affect the experience for guests looking for a quieter meal.
We had a really disappointing experience at the New Year's Eve party we attended. Initially, the surrounding atmosphere felt chaotic with bouncers and police, and the service and food were poorly organized, leading to a frustratingly long wait and hygiene concerns. On a brighter note, our room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was good, but the extra charge for parking was an unwelcome surprise.
I had a rather disappointing stay. The room was dark with no pleasant view, and the lack of a working TV really impacted our experience. Additionally, local events led to a noisy environment, which made it hard to relax. While I appreciated the quick response for towels, the overall lack of customer care during our issues was frustrating.
