Excellent Stay

convenient location great value comfortable bed easy access

I found the location convenient. The hotel offered great value. The beds were very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. I found it easy to access the city center by bus (a short ride).

I noticed a slightly dusty surface in the room, but it was a minor issue.

Service

The reception offered a warm welcome. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. The check-in process was efficient (always appreciated after a long journey).

Rooms

My room had ample space. The shower area was good with strong water pressure. The room was clean and well kept with fresh towels provided. The temperature was easy to adjust and remained comfortable.

Facilities

The hotel offers free parking on weekends. I used the gym. It was well-equipped. The hotel has both a restaurant and a bar. I got a Starbucks juice. It was quite nice (very refreshing).

poor lighting sofa absence

The hotel room lacked sufficient lighting. this made working at the desk quite difficult in the evenings. i booked a club room. it did not have a sofa, unlike other similar rooms my colleagues occupied. this discrepancy felt unfair, particularly as i stayed for four nights and booked additional rooms for friends. the breakfast staff also displayed unnecessary vigilance, seemingly suspecting me of avoiding payment when i briefly stepped out and returned.
